GM Memory Seat Problems

Many GM consumers with 2001 - 2005 model year General Motors vehicles have been reporting various problems with their memory seats. Some of the problems include the memory seats not returning to their programmed position. In many cases the seat will move to the full forward or full rear position without warning. In some incidents it has pinned the driver against the steering wheel. One consumer even reported the memory seat went to the full rear position while they were driving.

Certainly the above problems can be distracting at best, or lead to disastrous consequences at worst. That consumers can obtain free legal representation from skilled and experienced consumer lemon law attorneys for such claims is also a little known fact. Why settle for excuses and aggravation anymore?

If you would like to know whether or not a legitimate claim for recovery under the lemon law is available to you, take a moment to send us your information for a free case review. There is no cost or fee for doing so.
